2.2 Items for delivery must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions. Prohibited items include but are not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, and perishable goods without prior approval.
- Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, traffic, or operational disruptions.
3.2 Express or same-day delivery may be available for additional fees and is subject to availability.
- Payment Terms

4.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 We reserve the right to charge additional fees for failed delivery attempts caused by inaccurate information or the recipient’s unavailability.

6.1 Customers may cancel their delivery requests before the dispatch of the item for a full refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
6.2 Refunds for delayed or incomplete deliveries will be processed at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Prohibited Items
7.1 Customers must not request the delivery of items classified as hazardous, illegal, stolen, or restricted by law.
7.2 Any prohibited items found in transit will be confiscated, and the customer may be reported to authorities.
